Driveways:

The majority of our driveway projects require the removal of either a section or the entire driveway.  Our process will include the demolition and disposal of the existing concrete and debris that must be removed.

Approach/Apron

Based on city/county ordinances.  These are normally 6" thick, with a small footer at the entrance with a rebar cage.  We follow all regulations when completing this portion of the driveway.

Basketball/Pickleball Courts:

These projects do require additional care, it is imperative that the measurements are correct. In addition, pads for these projects need to be as level as possible and set correctly several inches above ground.

Barn Slabs:

In addition to making accurate measurements for these projects (walls will be going up).  The weight of the building may require footers.  Some only require a footer at the perimeter of the concrete, but sometimes center beams are also required.  The size of the footer depends on the size of the pad and the type of building that will be set on top of it.

Footers:

Are concrete subgrade beams created by digging into the dirt along the edge of the measured pad.  Rebar cages are then added (normally using #4 rebar tied together with rebar squares and rebar running along the edges of the squares. This gives the footer strength to sustain weight.

Patios:

Patio projects are special because the amount of work to complete them is extensive.  First the sod must be removed and the area cleaned.  This area must be compacted.  Accurate measurements must be taken in order for the patio to be squared correctly.  A laser level is used to get the correct level and slope.  The majority of these projects can be prepped, formed, rebar installed, and poured within one day.

Sidewalks & Walkways:

Sidewalks and walkways begin the same as patios, the ground must be prepped prior to the form work beginning.  Sidewalks/walkways can be formed in straight lines or in curved lines along any pathway.

Stamped Concrete Projects:

These projects require extra care.  We can make concrete look similar to brick, stone, rock, even wood.  We have a sample book that we provide with all available patterns and colors.

Once all of the initial work has been complete and  the concrete is poured, the stamping process begins.  There is a short window to work with, especially in our area. The initial process will depend on whether integral color (added to the concrete truck) or a color hardener (powder spread directly on top of the concrete) was used.  This is the base color of the concrete.  A "release" with color is spread over the area where the stamp will placed.  This is a powered oil that allows the stamp to be released from the concrete and adds a two dimensional look.  Once the stamp is placed on the concrete, it is tapped into place.  This process is followed through until the entire area is complete.

Upon our return, forms are removed and the project must be washed and dried.  Once it has been allowed to completely dry, a sealer is rolled over the project.   The area is cleaned and the project is complete.

Our estimate will be turnkey.

It will include the entire scope of work required for your project to be complete.
